Cancellation Policy

Specialty Prosthetics In-Person Course Cancellation Policy

Participants may select from one of four available course dates at the time of registration.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled course date are eligible for either:

A full refund of the registration fee, or
A transfer to a future course date, subject to availability.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled course date will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.

If a participant chooses to transfer to another course date, the transfer must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and will be applied to one of the remaining available course dates.

Specialty Prosthetics reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances. Unforeseen circumstances may include, but are not limited to, instructor illness, inclement weather, travel disruptions, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to a future date or receive a full refund.
