What determines cost?
The solution, the material, the number of units and, on implant cases, the components. We go through it with you when we set up your account.
No contract or agreement is required.
Dental lab turnaround time by case type
Days are business days, counted from the moment a complete scan and Rx reach us. Shipping time is extra.

Fair questions before you switch labs
Will a lab that ships give me the service of a local lab?
Your case reaches us the minute you scan it, and most cases are back in five to ten days. When you call, you reach the people making it. Need advice? Call us: Tra or one of our experienced techs will answer if Tra is chairside with another dentist.
I am in the middle of a treatment plan. Can I switch now?
Most clients start with one service and add more from there. If a case is mid-plan, call us and we will tell you what we need to pick it up.
What if a case does not fit?
Call us the day you try it in. Every restoration carries a warranty: five years on ceramic and metal crowns and bridges; one year on complete dentures, cast frame and flexible partials, and implant-supported restorations; and 90 days on temporary crowns, treatment partials and Essix retainers. Before you get started
Do you work with practices outside Oklahoma?
Yes. We are in Moore, Oklahoma and work with practices all over the country. A scanned case reaches us in minutes, so distance does not slow the start, and traditional impressions and models can ship to us.
Which scanners do you work with?
All of them. We work with iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Dentsply Sirona Primescan, Straumann SIRIOS, Medit, Shining 3D, Aidite and Planmeca Emerald, and any scanner that exports an STL. We also lease iTero, TRIOS and Aidite scanners. Pick yours on the form above and we confirm your files before your first case goes out.
Do you take impressions?
Yes. We love digital cases, but we realize there is a need for traditional impressions on some occasions. We would love for every case to start as a scan, because starting a case digitally gets it back to the clinic sooner. Not scanning yet?
