What qualifies for same day
Same day is for denture repairs and relines, not crowns.
Zirconia, glass ceramic and metal crowns are back in five days, and temporary PMMA crowns in three.
Where the days go, and where they do not
Two things take the waiting out of a case.
- Fully digital intake. Your scan reaches us the minute you send it. Nothing sits in a box on a truck for two days before work starts.
- Printed and milled in-house. Design, printing and milling happen in our building in Moore, on machines we run, so your case is never in line behind another lab’s queue.
What a faster turnaround does to your month
A crown back in five to ten days keeps the seat appointment close instead of weeks away. The next phase of treatment starts sooner, and the open slot on your schedule fills with work you can bill.

Our dental lab turnaround is five to ten days for most cases, depending on case type. The clock starts when a complete scan and Rx reach us, and counts business days. Denture repairs and relines go out the same day. Crowns and bridges take five days, implant restorations two weeks, single implant guides five days and full arch guides ten, printed dentures five days and partials ten. Does the turnaround include shipping?
No. Turnaround counts the business days a case spends with us at our lab in Moore, Oklahoma, from a complete scan and Rx to the day it ships. Shipping is charged separately for most practices, and transit time comes on top.
What slows a case down?
Two things slow a dental lab case down: an incomplete scan and a thin Rx. Fuzzy margins, a missing bite or no shade on the script means a question before design can start. Send both arches, the bite and a filled-out Rx, and nothing waits on a phone call.
Does a fast lab mean a rushed case?
No. The speed comes out of the workflow. Your scan gets here in minutes instead of days in the mail. Design, printing and milling all happen in our building in Moore, Oklahoma. And the same file on the same machines makes the same part every time. That is how the fit holds at five to ten days.
